Hi everyone,
I went shopping with my family yesterday, and it was really nice to see the cafe’s and restaurants busy with people sitting outside enjoying the weather.
Anyway, we popped into a bookshop, and just as I was thinking I have enough books to read at the moment, another one caught my eye. It’s called ‘Eat. Nourish. Glow.‘ by Amelia Freer.
Started reading and scanning through it last night, and it’s full of very interesting information, wonderful recipes, and lovely pictures to go with them.
This is just the kind of book I love. Going to have to get another book shelf soon 🙂
